Web App Icons
FAMFAMFAM has a neat post with icons for use in Web Development. Pretty neat stuff. I’ve incorporated the “mini” set into my Time Management Console.
It’s kind of a cool idea, providing these icons for us all to use.

Free?!?!?!?!
According to this if you don’t plan to make any money from it, you can get a license for Flex and Flex Builder. Kinda cool, I hadn’t heard about it until I read it on another blog. Pretty cool of Macromedia since Flex is so god damn expensive. This gives developers a chance to play with it free of charge. Pretty neat.
826
I heard about the 826 project from David Sedaris, at a reading he did in Orange County a few months back. Now there are 826 projects in numerous cities, includeing seattle, and LA and others. It started in New York as I understand it. It sounds like a really great idea. I there was a location closer to me, i’d like to be involved. Seeing as how I am moving to Colorado, and 826Denver would be needed. One can hope, it really is a great cause.
